Busting out of here!

We have our walking papers. We will be discharged from Winnie Palmer on Sunday and will head straight to Miami for our Monday morning appointment with Dr. Connelly. We are all elated and ready to go.

Jameson's skin is growing very nicely and he now has complete coverage of all the "trouble area's" which consisted of his knees and ankles. The blistering is being held to a minimum and for that we are grateful and we know it's an answer to so many prayers.

Melisa and I feel more capable today than a couple days ago with respect to taking care of him. The feelings of shock and fear have greatly decreased and we are ready to move forward. We have a great support system with family, friends and our new EB friends that have been so helpful.

Please pray that Jameson doesn't get sick between now and Sunday. That would definitely keep us in the NICU and set us back.

If you haven't heard the Chris Tomlin song "Glory in the Highest" you must find it and listen ASAP. It's your homework assignment for tonight. It's a must. Awesome. Melisa and I have worshiped in the car with "Glory in the Highest" playing so loud that our ears were hurting.

As our good friend Jay prayed at dinner the other night..."Lord, we don't want to sell you short, we are asking for a miracle and complete healing". We are trusting God's perfect plan for Jameson and we know that whatever we ask in His name according to His will without doubting He will answer.

We serve an awesome God.

Todd/Melisa - just want you to know how exciting it is to see your own son and daughter leaning on the Lord the way you are, and also having the prayer support you have from friends and family. Nothing we can do but lift you all up in prayer, and it feels as if hundreds of us are doing that.
Remember, God is still in the "miracle business" and he can do what he wants for our wonderful little son and grandson.
We'll all keep praying he chooses to heal him completely.

His Power has no limit known unto Men"

Melisa and Todd,

YEA!!! I am so happy to hear he is heading home Sunday. Please let me know if you need supplies. I am more than happy to bring them over Saturday or Sunday or meet you some place and drop them off. Even if the hospital sends you home with some, it never hurts to have extra just in case!

I will keep you all in my prayers...for Jameson's health, that you and your family will be comforted and feel the peace of the Lord, wisdom for the doctors, that your boys will adjust well to their new baby brother.

Todd & Melissa,
We have cried & prayed for Jameson since we heard the news. It is our worst fear that something would strike our 3 little ones & we cant even imagine the fear you must confront on a daily basis. You two are living out your faith in the true definition of the word. It is soooo encouraging to see you rely on the strength of our Lord. We will continue to pray for his healing & stregth for the family. Also, I am praying that the boys would have JOY & contentment while all this change is happening in your family. We love you guys!
